福踏鋁合金地墊特點

◆  福踏鋁合金除塵地墊框架采用耐蝕性德國氧化鋁合金6063-T5厚度為1.6mm-4mm ，厚度達到1.6mm-4mm，其承重力在標     準滾動下可達1500kg-4000kg/㎡不變形，承受力強，不易變形。  

◆  面料之一：橡膠，采用“熱塑性橡膠”，可耐高溫140度，低溫 -70度，不易變形，無刺激性氣味。

◆  面料之二：地毯采用歐洲LOMBOKGEL、VEBE、BERRY GROUP公司的尼龍6.6或丙綸紗線和圈絨構造

    色牢度：遇水（ISO105E02/BS 1006） 

    摩擦系列數干的或濕地（ISO 105×12/BS 1006） 

    靜 電：EN1815/ISO TR 6356/DD68<2KV 通過

◆  色彩：面料染色過程均采用液染方式，面料色彩豐富，可根據客戶需要靈活搭配。

◆  配件：鎖扣為Sus304不銹鋼鎖扣，鋼絲為特殊處理的防銹包塑鋼絲

◆  鋁合金除塵地墊作為入口系統的一個重要部分，福踏地墊全部采用丙綸或進口尼龍66專業除塵地墊，其纖維經過碳化處理，      在去污和吸濕方面是其它地墊無法比擬的。并具有抗紫外線、防靜電等特性。還可根據客戶要求提供橡膠面層、金剛砂防滑        去污面層。同時在使用過程中也可減少維護成本。
